By using the services of Adizent, including receiving SMS notifications, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Revex provides end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services to healthcare providers across the United States. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Medical billing and coding

  • Insurance eligibility verification

  • Denial management and AR follow-up

  • Patient billing and support

  • Provider credentialing

  • Data reporting and analytics

  • Virtual assistant support

All services are provided under HIPAA-compliant processes and documented Service Level Agreements (SLAs) where applicable.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be a licensed healthcare provider, clinic, or medical organization

  • Have the authority to share PHI, PII, and billing data with third-party vendors under HIPAA

  • Agree to our privacy and security protocols

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

3. Data Protection & Privacy

Revex adheres strictly to HIPAA regulations and implements safeguards to protect your data, including

All personal information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with the Adizent Privacy Policy.

Adizent:

  • Does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • Maintains records of your SMS consent and communication preferences.
  • Uses your information only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.
  • Implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information.

SMS opt-in data and consent records will never be sold or shared with third parties for promotional purposes.

  • Role-based access control

  • Secure file transfers and encrypted storage

  • Signed Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)

  • Regular audits and compliance training

4. Software & System Compatibility

Revex supports over 99% of major EHRs, practice management systems, and clearinghouses. We are not responsible for software functionality outside our scope of work or third-party downtimes.

System integration, onboarding, or migration services must be discussed prior to engagement.

5. Pricing & Payment Terms

Revex offers flexible pricing models:

  • Performance-Based (Percentage of Collections): 3%–10%

  • Hourly Model (Full-Time Equivalent Support): Starting at $15/hr

All pricing is discussed and agreed upon in writing. No hidden fees apply. Payment terms, invoicing cycles, and refunds (if applicable) are outlined in the individual service agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely data for billing and credentialing

  • Cooperate during onboarding, audits, or claim follow-ups

  • Maintain all necessary licenses and legal compliance on their end

  • Refrain from sharing unauthorized third-party data or PHI

7. Limitation of Liability

Revex will not be held liable for:

  • Claims delayed or denied due to incomplete/inaccurate client data

  • Software downtime caused by external systems

  • Third-party collection actions initiated independently by clients

  • Indirect or incidental damages beyond the value of the contract

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software code, and service frameworks provided by Revex remain the property of Revex Inc. You may not reuse, replicate, or redistribute our materials without prior written consent.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services or website implies acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. SMS Terms and Conditions

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Adizent.

Types of Messages

  • Depending on your relationship with Adizent, you may receive SMS messages regarding:

    • Customer support communications
    • Appointment reminders
    • Service updates
    • Account-related notifications
    • Credentialing and enrollment updates
    • Revenue Cycle Management service notifications
    • Medical billing support updates
    • Operational announcements

    SMS messages are intended solely for informational and operational purposes and are not used to transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) unless specifically permitted under applicable law and appropriate security measures.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Adizent, your employment or client relationship, and the services you have requested.

Typically, subscribers will receive no more than five (5) SMS messages per month, although message frequency may increase temporarily in response to active support requests, recruitment processes, or service-related communications..

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s pricing plan.

You are solely responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile service provider.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from Revex Inc. unless you opt in again.

User Responsibilities

By participating in the SMS program, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current contact information.
  • Notify Adizent if your mobile phone number changes.
  • Use the messaging services only for lawful purposes.
  • Not interfere with or misuse the messaging platform.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device.

    Compliance with Applicable Laws

    Adizent’s SMS program is intended to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including where applicable:

    • Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
    • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)
    • HITECH Act
    • CAN-SPAM Act (where applicable)
    • CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices
    • A2P 10DLC messaging requirements
    • Applicable federal and state privacy laws

    Users are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

    12. Changes to These Terms

    Adizent reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time.

    Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date. Continued participation in the SMS program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    13. Compliance with Applicable Laws

    Adizent’s SMS program is intended to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including where applicable:
